Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit

6. Include original order documentation in your return package

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time is 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the return

• Return shipping costs are not refundable

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged Items on Arrival
